.This lack of available travel information as quoted from a research study conducted in 2003 brought about the idea of Travelburo.

Our Service Offering

We are an online travel information company, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our current service offering is as follows:

• We consolidate and list travel information on our Website, hence the name ‘Travelburo’
• We provide a source of travel information for domestic and international travelers
• We are not a travel agent therefore we do not do flight bookings and travel documentation services
• We are not a business directory, our focus is on information related to travel and tourism
• We want to give our listed customers a global exposure, therefore whilst at this stage we only offer a listing service, we intend to extend our service offering to include online reservations and bookings
