·         Listing fees and charges

o   Listing fees are payable monthly in advance

o   The payment methods are:

• Cash lumpsum
• Credit card charge
• Month-end debit order

o   Any listing additional agreed fees or charges will be debited from the registered customer's bank account

o   Travelburo is entitled to change or increase the listing fees or charges from time to time such as when there is change in taxation, statute or any significant change in market conditions which may cause a change or an increase in Travelburo’s costs. Travelburo will give the registered customers a reasonable notice of such changes

o   Payment needs to be received at the start of the month, if payment is not received by the 3^rd of the month, the listing will be cancelled

o   No refunds of listings will be paid under any circumstances including cases where listings are cancelled by the Travelburo for any reason

·         Cancellation of listings

o   Registered customers may request cancellation of their listings by submitting a written request

o   Cancellation of listings will be effective immediately upon receipt of request for cancellation

·         Change of details

o   Registered customers will have rights to edit and update their own listings. Alternatively registered customers may request changes to their listings by submitting a written request

o   Requested changes will be effective immediately upon receipt of request

·         Confidentiality of information

o   Travelburo cannot be held responsible for the confidentiality of information contained in documents that are sent to Travelburo or for documents that do not reach Travelburo

·         Notices sent by Travelburo

o   Travelburo will send written notes to registered customers from time to time

o   Notices sent by Travelburo will be considered received by the registered customers

§  By post to the registered customer's postal address, 7 days after posting

§  By hand, on the day of delivery

§  By fax, at the time of transmission

§  By email or electronically, at the time the email or electronic notice is sent

·         Change in Terms and Conditions

o   Travelburo reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions

·         Copyright and other intellectual property rights

o   Your use of the service does not give you rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other of Travelburo’s intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of third parties

o   You may not, without limitation, copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, communicate to the public, or otherwise use the content included in or provided in Travelburo’s Website except for your own personal use

o   Whilst Travelburo will make all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as they are brought to their attention, Travelburo can however not  warranty that the Website will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition nor that the information on and provided on the Website will be free from errors or omissions
